This is the time of year to review your disease control program. Many diseases can be controlled without chemical use simply by rotating your crops. This document first address the issue of disease in this manner. These crop suggestions can also benefit small scale growers by simply scaling down the numbers.
Many crops will also amend soil depleted of nutrients from growing tobacco...again, reducing the need for use of chemical applications.
