Need help asap

Hey everyone my seedlings are 19 days old. I’m growing in coco nuir which doesn’t have any nutrients. 3 days ago I turned my light up to 75% which is probably too much since today the seedlings don’t look as green. I’ve started to bottom water and the dome is off. They almost appear to be almost stalled. I’ve read online that they can usually start to get their first true leaves prior to fertilizing. I have a bottle of 2-2-2 fertilizer on standby I just don’t want to burn the roots. Do you guys think it’s time to fertilize?

I add half dose of plant food to water that moistens soil before sowing so I think you should give em something and try the light at 50% until you see them start getting a little height. They are hungry like babies but all they have right now are rice cakes.
