source of pelleted seed or way to pellet seed diy?

Im looking for pelleted seed in small quantities for garden growing. At most I grow 25 plants to maturity. I have scoured the web for weeks and found nothing surprisingly. Secondly, does anyone know of a pelleting method that can be done at home. I'm tired of separating seedlings and would love to just drop in one seed at a time. Thanks

Pelleted tobacco seed is available to commercial tobacco growers in commercial quantities. It's benefit is for use in automated seeding machinery.

The method used by tobacco growers 100+ years ago is to thoroughly mix the tobacco seed into a quantity of dry sand. This allowed broadcasting tobacco seed at a reasonable spacing into a germination bed. If you are dead set on the eye-popping, mega-project of pelleting your own tobacco seed, then search google for "how to pellet seeds".
