Toasting BV leaf for cigarette use

I recntley watched a you tube on chesterfield cigarettes and the advertising campain was that the leaf was toasted at 200f prior to being put in hogshead barrels at their own relative humidity for aging ,
Q : how long is the leaf toasted for as i want to give this a go.
