DSCF1048.jpg Okay, so I have started my seed germination for the 2014 grow season. Seeing how I have only the natural way to germinate and my starting of seeds last year, I have began my grow. Hope to see sprouts in a few days.

There You go! You might be a little bit early, but you'll be OK. Don't worry too much if you don't see anything for a week or more. I won't start anything for another 2 weeks.

According to my Murphy's Law Chrystal Ball, Texas will now be in a deep freeze until mid July.
Thank you for the curse Southren Planter, we had about 1/2 of snowfall last week and now we are expected to get 1/2 to 1" of snow tonight. What a difference in a day because it was 71 here yesterday. I did get to thin out my sprouts.DSCF1049.jpg

Those look good janetta. Are you using artificial light? They seem to be getting plenty.

They're clearly getting plenty of light. If they're not, they start stretching toward any available light and get long, leggy and thin stemmed. They will also lean way over if the light source is down low and off to one side. Yours look great.

They are looking good, maybe a bit damp (looks like start of mold in a couple cells). Now that they are growing, prop the lid partially open during the day to allow them some ventilation.

I prop my lids by day for airflow (inside of the lids get dry), and close them at night to conserve heat; by morning the lid normally had a little condensation on it if the soil was moist enough.

Another week or two they will need to be separated into individual cells or cups or the roots will start to tangle eachother.
