@Gabeb123 Waiting for some time to get your file converted when I get a little time. I pulled up the file though and it looks good! How long does it take to print as 1 file? Would it be easier to do individual files?

Let this baby run last night. Went to bed when it was 6 hours in and at 50%. Last 50% turned out ok. Had some slight peeling that kept rubbing up against the bottom of the fan housing by the nozzle... so... tried clipping the part that rubbed and it continued to peel a little. My hopes were to have at least 2 turn out. Even with a little finesse.. I think the messed up one could be somewhat salvaged. Perhaps a new vitola size! Ha ha ha.

I always try to print things in one file if I can. It took about 21 hours with 50% infill.

Huh, have you found that printing all at once turns out better than individual? Otherwise, I’m assuming you like to just set it and let it run?

21 hours with 50% infill seems pretty quick! My little 44 ring gauge warp job was only 20% infill I believe. So, 21 hours sounds about right on my ender 3. Which printer do you run @Gabeb123 ?

@Gabeb123 I sliced your file tonight in Cura. The laptop I'm running it on is super super super slow ~7 years old. I think the infill defaulted @20%. You mentioned you ran at 50% infill. Should the extra 30% make a difference? I was thinking perhaps on the "tightening flat bolts", it could?

I don't know for sure but I would be nervous the bolt would be too weak. I haven't really had my printer long enough to know the limitations. If the bolt ends up snapping you could just drill it out and replace it with a metal bolt. That's what I am planning on doing if mine snaps.
