They seem to be a good size for the age. The front plant in your second picture may be starting a "Freching" problem. Can you post a closer picture of the crown and bud head of that one? http://fairtradetobacco.com/threads/1067-Is-This-Tobacco-Frenching I don't know anyone using straight manure for their growing medium so I don't have any info there. If you do any more transplanting, I think I would work in some kind of topsoil with the manure. Some of those yellowish ones still in the cells might improve with a shot of Epsom salts, one tablespoon of Epsom Salts per gallon of water. That looks kind of like sunburn in the eighth picture down. Are they getting sun?

I have topsoil in all mixes its Foxfarm Ocean forest soil and rabbit manure mixed together the transplants are the actually big plants now lol... they survived. Plants are getting 6 hours of direct sunlight.

Yea after looking at the information you gave me KNUCKLEHEAD it seems this would be frenching in the second picture because I had all of these plants in 3 gallon food grade buckets with holes in it but i don't think the bucket was draining good enough for the plants so i transplanted them too these bags where the roots get more air and drain off water better... What do i need to do to get rid of the frenching?

Check the pH. People say frenching can happen if the soil pH is too high. Try to get the pH below 6.5.

Will all your plants be container grown or will some of them go to the ground? They look good overall and look like they want to be planted.

Frenching can be tough to nail down, seems there are multiple causes; generally environmental/soil/stress related. Look for anything that may be different for the growing condition of that plant.

I had a couple last year, in a poorly drained section of garden, as season wore on and soil dried out they recovered....
