I have yet to see a horn worm. The bud worms are bad tho.
I'm having good luck with Spinosad this year, in spite of the rain. I've found very few bud or horn worms, but the grasshoppers are eating leaf like crazy. I have to put down some more Bug B Gone. Aphids are a pain in the pants but they haven't been as bad this year as they were last year. Mainly grasshoppers.

Im kick my self for not taken care of the worms. The long rains and poor drainin soils really threw me for a loop an I never got the patch back up. None of the patches did as well as they usely do.

A big pc. of 1" osb. May add cement block an wire if needed. This one was made for the nail threw the stalk hangin. Hope to give it a try today.
I have to admit that, after seeing your scaffold pics, I spent the rest of the morning in the tobacco, humming a specific hymn.
