Hello all, I hope this is the right place to post this. I received a few kgs of "export" quality flue cured whole leaf from a local farmer recently. I've been processing the leaves by hand and I keep noticing white, green spots and brown spots. The white and green spots I'm fairly certain are harmless. The brown spots however are present throughout the leaf and are causing me some concern. I didn't find any information about this on the site, but I found this page which suggests it's a result of mold on the live plant, but doesn't mention safety of cured leaf. Appreciate any pointers you might have.
