I'm not so worried, last frost date March 28 - first frost November 5 so that's plenty of time. Although Vancouver summer weather is not consistent but May-Aug would probably be the best times for growing.

I'm making space in my garage for curing. It's unheated so I will make a seperate room where I will start my seeds under CFL lighting and put in a small heater. I'll use the room to hang my leaves after that for better control of humidity and temp. I'm also going to build a kiln.

An inexpensive beer that I thought was pretty good is Red Dog. Though I haven't had one in years; for a while, it seemed to disappear from the market.

I started as a novice cigar tobacco planter, and after all the help from these guys I enjoy the best cigars I`ve ever smoked. A hell of a hobby. Plant, ferment and roll, all the help you can find, and if you ask nicely (like I did) they will even send you some seed. Wellcome

Okay I'm done, done done done reading the FAQ, What To Grow, Starting tobacco seeds, Setting/Transplanting, Growing tobacco,Fertilizer, Insecticides, Diseases and pests, Harvesting, Types of Tobacco, Cigar Wrapper, Cigar Filler, Cigar Binder, Curing tobacco, Air cured, Flue Cured, Sun Cured, Fire cured, Finishing Tobacco, Fermenting, Casing, Toasting, building a kiln, frost dates and on and on and on and on .. my head will burst.

When do I write the Tobacco Growing test ?

Now I'm going to focus on setting up my grow room and my raised beds.

Reading stuff and actually having growing experience is very different so I'll leave the answering of questions to those with field experience lol .. However I will help whenever I can.
