You probably won't get one for peanuts like I did due to my mad thrifting skills but this is just the thing.
I cut my 3 1/2 " "pucks" in half at a 45 deg. angle so they lay nicely on the fence of the cutter.

"Sausage guillotine"...........ouch. That blade is wicked sharp.

Looks like a manual deli slicer..... I suppose a well maintained, home use, table top deli slicer like I've seen sold next to meat grinders would also do the trick.

I decided it's probably better to just rub out the last little chunk rather than get my digits close enough to that blade to slice it.
