Non stop rain for 10 days. as you can see roads washed away, bridge broken, dams broken crops destroyed.
Our average rainfall per year about 600mm ( 24 inches) we had 400mm (16 inches) in the last 10 days.
Chaos, we aren`t used to all this rain.

Holy crap! This has been quite a year for extreme weather. Lots of earthquakes and volcanoes, too.

is that a prehistoric shark fin being unearthed downstream ???

Water is an amazing force that I am glad we have not had in excess yet in the southern US this year.

We'll have to call the army in to come and help fix the road or place portable bridges, that is if we still have an army.
Dgbama sharkfin??? Have to have a go with a bass lure this afternoon, may just get it.

Was that your rain that finally got here and gave me 2 feet of snow? My blower belt went to heaven after 6' of a job on a driveway that is about 50 feet long and 15 wide.. Been clearing it, resting clearing it more. Next year I will have a spare belt waiting at the start of the season... Still a snow newbie

HOW DO YOU LIKE THIS FOR BEING CLEVER.
The road that has been washed away is the link between a big coalmine and the electricity supplier. The mine and elec supplier went to the local goverment and told them the 2 of them will fix the road on their cost, pipes, tar everything.
The clever goverment reacons they can fix the road but not on the tar mac, they can do it next to the road, the tar belongs to them.
What idiots, can`t these guys see that somebody`s trying to help them. That is why this country is what it is!!!
