Howdy yall. I live on a small corn farm in Jonah, TX. Ive grown around 50 tobacco plants of different varieties for the past 3 years, learned a lot from this forum in the process. I smoke pipes and sometimes cigars. Our family farm historically grew tobacco here and I believe our old barn could handle a small crop of burley, so my dream is to grow tobacco commercially. Preferably a lil something special for us pipe smokers. For now I have my regular patch planted with my 3 varieties (Standard Burley,Yellow Twist Bud, and Goose Creek) and I have some Burley sprouts that Im going to find some new patches for. Hope I can contribute to the community here.

Welcome. Thank you for joining us.

edit: looks like some nice videos. I watched the worm video. We used to raise worms under our rabbits. Are yours for sale or making compost?

I just have the 1 fridge and some breeder bins to step up to 2 fridges. Pecan leaves is my main worm food source. Just for our use, commercial worm farming seems like a ton of work even with good equipment.
