Very sad day mother in law passed away last night at 825 pm she was 83, got out in the patch to soothe the soul today primed burley, shirey, gold star and amarelao today got them strung up

Sorry to hear of your loss grgfinney

Last Friday my Dad didn't answer his phone so I went over to check on him. He will be 81 next month. I wasn't terribly worried because he's knocked his phone off the hook a half dozen time before or leaves it somewhere and doesn't hear it ringing. I found him collapsed in his bedroom. He spent 5 days in the hospital and now is in rehab. They don't exactly what happened. He is just plain wearing out all over. Dunno if he is going to be able to go back home now. Even if he does, he won't be able to live on his own for much longer. That's for sure. Getting old really sucks. But it beats the alternative I guess.

Anyways, my condolences to you and your wife and family.

No im just going to leave the stalks there and let the suckers grow and then JP can come get all the leaf and pull the stalks up and I, ll clip the tops that are bagged I still have ottoman, african red, bamboo shoot, shirey, burley,md609, stolock110 and nb11 letting them ripen for 2 weeks then I get to take down the 3500 leaves that are done curing and fill up the sticks again

When I get home I have a lot of leaf to take down and destem to get ready to kiln and a lot more to prime

Just be sure your stems are dry, before bunching up the leaf. Otherwise, they will mold in a few days.

Try a torch on them. A MAP gas bottle is cheap. Spray knocker loose on them for a while befor You heat them up. A hammar may not be the trick on that one. Mad-
