2nd harvest of my 3 shade grown and 1 sungrown h2k. We have had a lot of rain these last 2 weeks so im trying to harvest after having at least 1 sunny day to allow the leaves to regain some of their resins and oils. Its tough and my wrappers may end up lighter than i expect but its my fault for deciding to start my shade grown stuff very late in the season. However on a more positive note everything is curing nicely!

The criollo 98 viso and ligero have both yellowed beautifully and are transitioning into a nice brown. The seco in the tent is almost done. Just a little browning around the main stem needed and then stem drying.

1 of my broadleaf plants in the ground has been pillaged my slugs and snails. They completely consumed the middle of the stem where the terminal bud would be so not sure what happens now, will just wait and see.

Lastly that little CB sucker that grew in my pot frpm the already harvested stem has flowered. The leaves are so small they almost look an oriental variety haha. I am very keen to get seed from this and see what it may bring in future grows.

The CB and piloto volado/seco have been taken out of the fermentation kiln and put into storage. They have been put loosely into a 145l storage tote with the lid off for 24 hrs to meet ambient equilibrium. I will then stick a few 320g 65% boveda pouches and close away for storage for a few months before rolling.

The 1 sungrown h2k has been completely harvested leaving just the seed pod to brown. The shade grown h2k has had the 3rd/viso harvest leaving just the top 3-4 ligero leaves to strengthen a little.

The CB in the ground has absolutely HUGE leaves. Bigger than i anticipated! Maturing perfectly, i just wish there was less rain so i could properly determine the harvest time.

Everything else is curing perfectly. In the shed is the 3rd h2k priming on the same cotton string. I knotted a little pink string in between to separate my shade grown and sun grown harvest.

The curing temps in the back room seem to be good, as its starting to get colder i have turned on the AC/heater to 22°c to keep temps consistent. The result is that the RH has dropped slightly to 59% but i know that my hygrometer is approx 2% wrong/too low, so the actual RH is around 61% which seems almost perfect as everything as already yellowed and is now browning.
