Welcome aboard! You're in the right place to do it. If you don't already have plants set to go in the ground please pm BigBonner (a member here) and he will get you set up with almost any plant you need ready to go in to the ground! Good luck with your grow.

Welcome to FTT. You still have time to get a crop in this year if you get seedlings. It's a good way to get your feet wet and not expensive

Go for it! Tobacco's a tough plant. Even I can't hardly kill it, and it will keep coming back. I have wanderers all over this years veggie garden from topping last years tobacco.

Welcome,
like BarG said, tobacco is hard to kill, and easy to grow, getting it to smoke is the biggest challenge.
