I belong to Brothers of Briar and the International Pipe Smoker Lounge, and between these groups I got the idea of turning whole leaf tobacco into a blend I'd like to smoke. Today I got a pasta machine from goodwill, and ordered a sampler from Whole Leaf that comes with Virginia burley, latakia, etc. I've read a couple of books on blending and I'd like to learn more, especially about recipes, and storage.

I have a cellar started this year, mostly I'm hoping to add some bulk Virginias to smoke in the future. Happy smoking!
