It’s funny when our usernames call us out, Knucklhead (a wise man knows he is a knucklehead - beware the man who thinks he’s not) ProZachJ got it right, just my username; I’ve been using it since the early 90s when a website told me that I couldn’t use the username I wanted, and I had to pick a unique alias. I was like “fine!”
Thank you everyone for the warm welcome — I’ve been ingesting miles of threads and see a lot of names I recognize who have shared an enormous amount of wisdom and experiential learning that carried me from trying to save a few bucks on cigarette tobacco taxes to realizing an enormous world of flavor and chemistry is possible. I’m very happy to be here and thank you guys for your scholarship so far!
