The frog is a baby Cuban tree frog. They have replaced the smaller native green tree frogs that were common here 20-30 years ago. This fellow is only a half inch or so, the adults are 3-4 inches long and you damn well know it when one of them lands on you when you least expect it. The lizard is a Cuban brown anole. They have replaced the green chameleons that were common here when I was a kid. There are many more invasive plant and animal species here, such as pythons, tropical fish of all sorts, several new species of ants. I guess if there is a bright spot to this, at least the invasive frogs and lizards eat the invasive insects. I almost included a picture of my Cuban American neighbors, but I decided I better not. (Just kidding, they are good people.)
