Is this mold on my cigar leaves?

Hey guys question, I have these little white marks on the end of some leaves. Is it mold? Can I still use the leaves etc? Found them on my Criollo and Jalapa fillers, if I run my fingers over it a little comes off

It might be mold, though I can't say for sure from the photos. Regardless, if you use it for filler, rather than wrapper, and it smells okay, then it is not a health hazard, and would be safe to combust.

It looks a bit like the type of mold that is not active, is old and dried up. But as Bob said, those are fillers so go ahead and use them.

i had something that looked near identical appear on my Burley, i cant tell 100% from your photos though. i found out mine was 'bloom' or called 'plume' by some. mine was fine, ignorable residue of some sort.

i just bought a macro lens for the camera too
