Catch and release is great right now for breeding bass

I hardly eat a bass, there fun to catch. I love catfish. I stocked my pond with 80 8" chanels and add blues from
my river .

I had one steal a pole and break a hook last week. I've been adding extra bass also from a lake I like.

The funniest I can think of , I had my poles set in dirt on forked branches one night on the river by my self. All of a sudden I hear woop, spash, I thought someone was shooting arrows at me.( Wouldn't be surprised) , it was my pole bending till it gave and went for a swim. I recovered 1 out of 2, not my best brand new one though, I got heavy-duty pole holders and use nothing less than 30 lb. Test now a days .

Knucks , we love you bro. Keep giving them kids a great time.

I contained my onions for the first time without weeding. Barely raised bed did the trick, with a little extra bought soil supplement. But sure has saved some work.

Almost looks like a black eyed Susan with orange eyes. Just like it but different.

All the squash are budding, a few have blossoms about to open. I had to move three of the pots, it was getting hard to water the corn and beans. We had 30+ mph winds a few days ago. All day. Some of my squash vine stalks split at ground level, so I piled more soil higher in the pot above the split. I don't see any sign of a boring insect, so maybe it was wind and maybe more soil helps. Fingers crossed.

Corn and beans look good. I potted my last ten corn backups and added some bean seed in the pots.

Tomatoes. Better Boy, Big Boy and Rutgers.

I just now had to start spraying thuricide on my corn mostly, there making tassels and getting worms, I picked my big broccoli heads and getting peppers and squash, gave a kitchen garbage bag full of zucchini to anyone who likes it after freezing a bunch, it's producing like crazy. That is the g90 what I've been growing for several years , all the tomatoes are heirloom from seeds .

How much space is there between the soil line and the rim of the bag in the Prilep?

Currently about 2" from the soil to the bag top. In the beginning there was about 4-5 inches. As the plants grew above the rim, I clipped off a couple of the bottom leaves and added more soil. It made them more sturdy. They were rather small seedlings when I potted them. I did the same thing with the tomatoes. The tomato pots started about half full of soil. As they grew above the rim I clipped the lower leaves and added more soil. I did that a couple of different times with the tomatoes. Bob had mentioned digging a trench for his tall tomato seedlings and planting the seedlings in that trench, allowing the vines to turn upwards. I didn't have that option growing in containers so I did what I hoped was the next best thing. Deeper roots, sturdier stems.
