Labeling

Greetings. I am going to market a small tobacco pipe in the future. Does anyone know what labeling requirements need to be on the label if any? I looked on FDA site and did not see any requirements.

According to the new FDA regs that went in to effect this past August a pipe will have to be submitted to the FDA for approval. There is something like a 30k application to do so. With that said... there are lawsuits pending against the FDA and even if this new reg gets upheld I doubt they will go after the small fish.

Lol, fda is such a joke. Did they specify tobacco pipe? With all the states legalizing weed just market it as an enormous pot bowl.
