Let me spell it out for you.
i got nicked, busted, caught.... Yep that will cover the internationals.
in oz we ar not really allowed to grow. Judge said you are here for a prohibited plant, I said no.. I am here for growing a product the gov can't tax in my hands and they don't like it...I have records of production sir... She says but you knew it was a product you are not allowed to produce... I said yes but the plants themselves are not illegal only production and then it is a slippery slope as to wher the distinction lies. I have (producing paperwork applied for a licence, every year since 06. As an Australian. Itizen I want the right to grow my own, process as I see fit... I now filled the court with types of cuts and the uses of.. Court was not impressed. I played the fact I have 2 disabled children and can't afford the Baccy because the new taxes are too much and I give all my earned money to the kids... This is a true fact.. One of the reasons I started growing. I also referred the court to some of my and others posts here, as to production of the said plant.
we are novices when it comes to drying and curing I know I have a lot of green they didn't even try to confiscate... What they don't know is it is my end of summer pick and it's got no humidity to actually cure. What they did pick up was dead plants stems and all with maybe a
leaf or two on them and weighed them all out for the prosecutor.
I dont smoke stem stem nor veigns.. This was also brought to the court, as was wastage from non cured leaves etc. all up is copped a $600 fine for court costs and no fine. She saw me for what I am a self sufficient producer.. I was also warned that I shouldn't grow any more because the taxation department doesn't like it.
**** that bring on this years pick, I just changed locations, it's not too hard..
I hope you guys get a kick out of this sort of thing otherwise I wouldn't have posted the issues.
