Mystery sender

I love solving mysteries, but this one has me stumped.

An envelope arrived today with no return address, but it had a tracking number. Inside were three 2" x 2" zip bags with seeds in them.

One bag had PA Red (bagged 2012), another had Comstock Spanish (Bagged 2012) and the last had CT Shade. The sender also sent a little bag of snuff.

Also inside the envelope was a printed page with a request for several varieties and a $20 bill.

Unfortunately, the sender didn't include his name or address. The tracking number isn't valid, so I can't even do a reverse tracking to see what city/state the envelope came from.

If you sent me this envelope, please send me a PM with your name and address.


I suppose we could turn this into a contest to see who can use the clues provided to determine who the sender is

Hmmmm.....so what you're saying is I'm going to have to give clues that the actual sender won't even recognize.
