Decided to jump into MYO cigarettes because I wanted to stick to something organic and the commercial versions (Northfield Organic) are always out of stock and increasingly expensive!

I’m new to this. And I have a million questions. Mainly because I love my bland smokes and have not been able to recreate it

I don't do cigarettes, but you might start with 70% Canadian flue-cured "Lemon" Virginia plus 30% Maryland, then adjust the Maryland proportions.
