Hello,
I‘m a complete beginner in the world of tobacco and right now I’m taking my first baby steps. I bought dried tobacco leaves because I want to make tobacco dip here in MEX because you can’t find it anywhere. I saw a few recipes here and there and they essentially switch some ingredients for other ones like glycerin for molasses. I have molasses at home but I don’t have glycerin and I was wondering if it will make any difference if I used molasses instead of glycerin. I saw some posts here from JBD on his recipe and he used glycerin and also I saw two in YouTube and they also used glycerin. So, does it make a difference in flavor, consistency or quality if I used molasses? Happy dipping!
