Can you re moisturize them and they will taste the same like a leaf or cig that was made origionaly?

Ok, I saw a Dumb Question Thingie. Here it is , Why do cigs go stale?

Additives go stale not the leaf I think so since its soaked in stale adds there isn't any way to fix
