My PM box was full so I downloaded it's contents and tried to empty the folder. No matter what I do the message bar still shows I have 113 of 200 in the inbox. Help would be appreciated.

If you recently sent me a PM please repeat as I missed it. Sorry about that.

Do you guy want me to increase the number of PM's you can have in your active boxes (incoming and sent)? If you want to save a PM, create a folder and save it. Those PM's won't count toward your total number allowed in your active folders.

I tried to figure out how to retrieve PM's if you've met your limit and it appears as if there is no way to do it, but I'll keep trying.

No. 200 is fine with me. I just want to know how to empty the folder after I have saved a down load so I can start fresh.

Go to your inbox - top right corner of the bar labeled "inbox" click on the square box. All your PM's will now be highlighted. Go to the bottom of the list of messages and click on the "selected messages" bar. You will have many options in the dropdown menu.

Repeat this same process in your "sent items" box.

Thanks Don, Did as instructed. Now have empty PM folder. All are saved in a separate down load in case I need to back search.

John, When my inbox gets full I use the text option at bottom of page and save to my documents.

I can't give you blow by blow but theres an option to save and if you choose text a screen will come up where to save.

Tim

Edit ' After rereading Dons solution is much easier. Point is to save them.
