Hi Gang
I've been trying different styles of tobacco finishing to see what works best for me and just because it's fun one of the ways was the old sailor way where you wrap tobacco in a cloth and tightly wrap string/rope around it. I saw a post on here (I forgot from who) saying to tightly wrap tobacco in cling film (plastic wrap) and I tried this with the rope as the wife doesn't want me randomly cutting up bed sheets. Well it's worked great! although a little slow as I was expecting it to be darker as it's been in the process since September/October, but I'll leave another six months. It smells great so far and can't wait to smoke it. The only drama is I want to keep checking on it but for that I'd have to undo the string. Luckily I've managed the self control to stop If anyone else has tried this method I'd love to see their results/ how they blended it. Ps excuse the state of me lol.
