Well, I warned everyone when I first joined this site that I might ask a dumb question from time to time so here we go. I planted my seeds a week ago today. I currently have several sprouts peeking through the soil. I've got 3 different types of tobacco planted and my question is this. There are a few sprouts with a white stem and 2 leaves at the top, my guess is those are tobacco plants, then there are a few that resemble grass, they stick straight up and only have 1 blade or leaf or whatever you want to call it. Am I correct in my thinking or do I have it backwards? I've never saw tobacco seedlings in person so I'm not 100% sure which ones are weeds and which ones are tobacco. I'm sure if there were a few more of each sprouted I could probably see a pattern and tell the difference, it's just too early in the game for and amateur like me to tell!!
