Nothing special just ''adequate'' because i am not a ''Virginia guy'', i prefer Latakia-Black Cavendish-Rum tobaccos mainly. I smoke virginia tobaccos from time to time but i am not a fan.

not too similar besides the manuf. name, very different blends.

i might be in the minority, but I've always liked 965 (medium virginia, fragrant leather, burning leaves in the fall, mild incense, an all time classic) a lot better than nightcap (fairly heavy perique).

early morning pipe is better than both of them imo, but it depends what you're in the mood for: that's the great thing about pipe tobacco
