What's gone wrong?

My seedlings are sick. Might be just hungry as I'm late planting out.

The only thing I can deduce from this photo is that the soil might be too wet.

Thanks for that. I've gotten them all planted out now, that's the only one left now so hopefully it'll sort itself out.
