I place more seed than needed, then thin down the seedlings to one per cell.

How do I take seed A to cell/B in the easiest possible way without dropping it ? A pencil ?

I usually put some seed on a piece of paper that has been previously folded in half and has a crease running down the center. I then gently tap the paper to get a few seed into the pot/cell. It takes steady hands and sneezing is a bad thing
The seed stick nicely to finger tips also, I suppose you could gently touch a few seed and transfer them with your finger. I never tried a pencil eraser but that is a good idea too.
