My name is Lock, I’m 29 years old now but I’ve been smoking cigarettes for at least half my life. I’ve always loved the culture around tobacco. I served 5 years in the Marine Corps where cigarettes and dip become a currency at times and I always loved the camaraderie I’d find in the smoke pit. I love exploring new countries and learning about their own tobacco culture, for example I’m a huge fan of smoking Fijian suki. While I was living in the UK I got a taste for hand rolling my cigarettes and it felt like I was evolving as a smoker. I’m very active and healthy, I believe moderation is key in all things.
I recently started my family and moved on from my vagabond lifestyle so I’m open to more hobbies like gardening, which I have about zero experience in. I’m loving the idea of growing my own tobacco to smoke and I’m glad to find such a deep source of knowledge on the topic.
Looking forward to seeing everyone’s methods and deepening my knowledge of tobacco culture.
Thanks for welcoming me.
