I drop the Rh on damp days quicky. It raises the temp and can hold it for a few hours without addin wood. The mid ribs are dryin a lot faster and mold and mildew are no longer a problem. I haven't put fresh cut in it yet but the stalk cut from the other shed keeps yellowin in the heated shed. I had some leaf dry wiyh a little green in the top shed.

In 1976, I moved into a house in Berkeley, California (frost-free winters) that had a rose growing in the back yard since 1903. It had grown large enough to completely cover the tops of two full-size plum trees, and completely shade out the yard. Its "trunk" was over 8" thick, with no branches on its first 4' of height. It took me a week to cut it down and remove it from the trees. It was a scary thing, with some of the largest rose thorns I've ever seen.

I now have the same amount of boxes of backer as I had last year.I should almost double what I got last year. A guess around 100lbs. It looks a lot better also. Its now a race to color cure it before the weather gets bad.
