Boboro, you have to empty those boxes, so you have something to put the bacca in.

i dont have a bulding with a high roof,,,, or id really give that hanging/to cure a shot,

Are you using your wood heater to help dry those stalks you have hanging in the next to last picture? What type are those?

Im Tryin to dry the midribs and yellow up the green leaf with the heater. With the days getting cooler its slow goin. Im lookin at ever leaf before boxen it up and removein any rib that looks ?able. Im also puttin it in a dry kiln for a day or two. Mold is not our friend.

I got 3 boxes left then I got to find something eles to store backer in. Maybe 4 if I start drankin early. After I pack boxes I got to store a hunder yards of hose do some tillin and throw out the clover seed. Thinkin on firein the heater too.

im thinking im gonna try to get rid of the hoses, in the new patch,,,,

and do a fancy overhead p.v.c. pipe irigation system.

you dont grow a winter garden, of veggies,????

im thinking of starting some seed of all kinds of fall plants,, i mean they will take at least 6 weeks to get big, i plan on having my new area tilled within the next 2 weeks,,,

we will see how it all pans out,????

I may plant some lettice if I can find the seeds, but Im burned out on the garden.

I planted mustard and turnips, some lettuce and rutabagas. I also have some tomatoes. I just dug my sweet potatoes.

I still have peppers and mators. They just getting started good. Our spring sucked and I hope to get a fall crop off them.

right now i got 10 ... 2 gallon jars. full of shredded bacca on the shelf,

and a kiln full of bacca still curing.
