I'd say its malnutrition , the nutrition you have in them cups right now is probably not enough for some of them as of now.
Noticed the same with mine when hardening them off some time ago , think I read that somebody here recommended epsomsalt to make them recover from that malnutrition. ( goto get that verified )
Or replant to bigger cups ( with more nutrients in it ofcourse)
I lied. Being curious if my estimate was correct, I timed transplanting 8 plants yesterday. It took 13 minutes. So...a bit over a minute and a half per plant.Using a small spade to do the transplants, it takes me about 30 to 45 seconds per plant.
