I watched a bunch of videos of Indian tobacco use , and they seem to all use the same machine. A 2 piece system that includes a hopper and chopper you attach to your own base . Seems to me like the Indians realy have it down and I would sure like to aquire that machine...

I found that " vintage bread slicers" have got to be closest thing ... they even mistakenly get sold as tobacco cutters on ebay
