How do you harvest the seeds

You’ve got a good 4-6 weeks to go. The flower petals will fall off and a pod will form. Wait until the inflorescence dries out and the pods turns brown. If you shake it you will hear seeds shaking around inside. Cut it off the main stem and dry it some more inside. Break the pods open and collect about 5000 seeds!

The subject is the final point in the Beginning Growers' FAQ (link at top of the page). Since you don't know what it is, I would encourage you to save and use the seed for yourself, if you like the finished leaf that you're producing. But since the bud heads were not bagged for protection from insect-borne pollination, your seed may not breed true to this year's plants. I would discourage you from distributing the seed to others, unless you have something really spectacular.

Thank you brother I would try it this way but I can't seem to find the FAQ link but thanks for the other advise aswell
