The one you did get looks just like mine. I like the thing but takes a few tries to get used to it after that rock and roll.
You still need to get the right amount of leaf for your bunch and set the belt for ring size.

A wonderful video it is in Spanish but that's OK (seems no one wants to share secrets with us). Watch closely there are things to be learned here I especially like the method of stringing the leaves.....

Great video.
 • San Andres cigar tobacco is somewhat fire-cured (didn't know that)
 • stick your whole face into the tobacco to judge its readiness: the nose knows
 • the bound bulks require almost no force to place into the cigar mold
 • the molds are pressed for 15 minutes, then the bulks are rotated 90º, and pressed for another 15 minutes
 • It's a beautiful part of the world.

So today has been interesting as you guys know I have gotten a huge crush on Cigar Molds. I was searching for manufactures on a global site for business to business And found One!!!
I check out the details for this business and to my joy it is located here in the states (Awesome) so I send a contact but not until after I register on the site,,
A few hours later I get a phone call from a gentlemen with a very thick accent could hardly understand him so he says he'll send me an e-mail....

The E-mail:

Dear sir

thanks for the mail , we are very very happy to start up a fruitful
business deal with you and your company , below is the quotation of
plastic and wood molds and we equally want you to understand that our
product meets up with European and American standards but with
Cameroon origin.

Place of Origin: Republic of Cameroon
Delivery terms: C&F
Delivery Time:5 days by air
Port of Loading: Douala,Cameroon
Payment Term:TT
Port of Discharge:Florida
Inspections: SGS inspection.

Well now wait a minute ----I got bells an whistles going off every where! The guys name and location have changed - none of the information I seen on the trade site matches...

Cameroon is a Central African nation on the Gulf of Guinea, bordered by Nigeria, Chad, the Central African Republic, the Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon. It is nearly twice the size of Oregon.

I promised to e-mail my requirements on Monday and I think I will, but will tell him he needs to send C.O.D.

Is interesting the business name, address, and phone did exist a few years ago in Florida. But that was a few years back, today the phone is disconnected, the business URL is up for sale, and the location is not active.
So you have to wonder how is it a guy in Cameroon Africa is using it on an international business trade site.

Ha He freak yeah buyer beware...!

MarcL I'll sort it for you a little...

Delivery terms: C&F
Cost and Freight. It is a term of trading in which the buyer of the goods pays an amount which covers the cost of the goods plus the cost of transporting the goods from origin to the port of discharge or final destination.

Payment Term:TT
T/T means telegraphic transfer, or simply a wire transfer. T/T is a simple payment method.
T/T payment in advance is usually used when samples or small quantity shipments are transported by air, with documents such as air waybills, commercial invoices and packing lists sent to you along with the shipment. As soon as the shipment arrives, you can clear customs and pick up the goods with the documents. However, T/T payment in advance presents risk to the importer if the supplier is not an honest. It is highly advisable to use a safer form of payment, such as escrow, especially if you are trading with a supplier for the first time.

Inspections: SGS inspection
This inspection is carried out by a private company by seller or buyer or even both. The purpose is to insure you get what you think you are going to get and a certificate is issued, it is also helpful with customs duties etc..
