Nice work. Stay with the entubado and in a short time it will be just as easy to do as the book method.

I only tasted a nice tobacco flavor if that means anything. My palate is not yet refined enough to begin to detect any subtle flavors or changes in flavor unless drastic.
I can tell a bad cigar from an average one but not from a good one or great one. I haven't smoked a brand cigar since I started rolling last December and now that I have a few doesn't smokes under my belt I'll try one and see if I can tell the difference..

I haven't been buying any either since I started rolling. I'm just having fun with the different combos still. I love the hobby, and it fun and relaxing to roll. At first, my purchases were full bodied, then went too mild, now I need to order some more just to balance it all out! Loads of fun!

1 Week old 4 X 28.
Short filler (scraps) with a pinch of Vanilla Pipe tobacco mixed in.
And some BANDOLERO GOLD to enjoy with it.
I used a cap piece that ended with a pigtail. Worked nice.

Nice looking cigar. I like the addition of the pig tail cap end. Has a neat finished look to it. Well done!
Question... How is the pipe tobacco in there? How much do you use?

The first one went up in smoke the day after i post it here, and smoked a couple others i rolled of the leafs you so generously send me , heres the pics of the last 3 of them ,
I think i prefer a litle bit more strong flavors , and my first impression was that the ligero leafs with maduro wrapper was my line of taste
And this i must explored in the nearest future it was real fun and enjoying
The Nicaraguan Ligero I sent is actually Viso. I don't have any Nicaraguan Ligero. I got confused about what was in that group buy last year. The Ligero will be stronger.

Oki doki Knucks , viso it is , you i teach me somthing new every day, and that one in the middle i ad half mata fina leaf in (i think it was , i dont have my notes at hand) and should be smoked tomorow evning to test how it turns out

The pipe tobacco did what I wanted it to- added some softer, sweeter flavors and made for a very nice hybrid cigar.
It was still mostly Cigar-
I used just a finger pinch of pipe tobacco I bought at a local tobacco shop.
Label says "VANILLA"
I love the scent.
Not much was used at all.
I just sprinkled it on the short filler and rolled her up onto the binder.
It was drying for the week. I didn't want to put it in the Humidor since it had Vanilla in it.
Worked out nice.
I'll take a pic of the guts next time I roll one.
The pigtailed cap works out much cleaner than simply pigtailing the wrapper.
I like the smaller gauges like this one (28) and the 40's.

Spun from one of Don's blend kits -- the Sabroso Medio. Doesn't that habano wrapper shrink down tight as a clam's butt? That's not even the pick of the litter. That one's just pulled at random and laid down any which way. They smell good, too.

Rolled these last night in preparation for the holiday weekend. 
Getting better at the "bunching" part, less waste cut off the ends to get to the nice filler.

A couple of 6 x 46s I rolled the other day to test my new knife I made the day before, and my new granite 12 by 12.
The two on the bottom are wrapped with Ecuador Shade. The others are with PA Oscuro.
They were bunched and formed on the wood board, then wrapped on my new Granite board.
No mold, just hands.
These are about 2 days dry. One more day to dry and they'll go into the humidor for at least a week or two.
