I pulled her plug tonight. Damn she smelt like septic at first.
I was worried that for some reason it was rotting.
Once I got the plug out the fruity fermenting smell was back.
Im going to let it rest for a hr or so then put it back in.
You are Santa Claus. I arrived home to a beautifully fragrant package. As the good steward of these magnificent smells, what proportion do you recommend blending to enjoy the Perique and the others? I suspect it'd be too strong for me to smoke straight, and I'll probably get a new corncob for it because it'll ghost. I can't wait to try it, and I especially can't wait to make my own based on your instructions. Going to be a fun summer.
