Here is my solution to transport my seedlings out to my patches.
It's an old tabletop on which I have nailed some plexiglas that I got from a neighbor today.
Gonna rig this on to my BIKE , ( you might think I'm nuts) its 4,5 feet long and 2,5 feet wide and I can have more than 1/3 of my seedlings on this device.
Have to do this ride early in da morning or late at night or the hole town think I'm nuts
How u like it ?
PO, I did the same thing- kinda. I put a small green house out and the wind fliped it. They were to small to save them all. Knucks sent Me some more seeds as well. I hatted My self for being careless.I had an accident just 1/2 hour ago , when moving the trays from the sun into the shade....
Had a number of trays balancing up on a rail , which I have done for 3 days now , when this gust came from nowwhere and 2 trays fell overboard , GC 1 Rustica and Michigan Burley.
I might be able to save half of the GC 1's and 2/3 of the Michigan Burley.
Too bad.
But I'll manage.
I think that it only takes one time to mess up that it will never happen again. I know I wont. The damage report killed Me.Great idea M O , I think I have something like that behind my sofa .
Did the same like you , oh what I hated myself for it , could feel the gust comin' but already had too many trays up on that rail to know which one was gonna come down
Wount do it again !
